Evening Skin Care

Makeup Monday, Whatever Wednesday

For the past few years I’ve been testing out different skin care products and trying to see what works best for me. The beginning of this year is when I started figuring out what works best for my skin!

Bioderma Sensibio H2O $22  (Shoppers Drug Mart)
This product works really well to remove all makeup and dirt off your face at the end of the day. The thing I find coolest about it is that not only does it take off your face makeup but it also takes off your eye makeup! The fact that it’s kind of a 3 in 1 product makes the price worth it!

Aveeno Active Naturals Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser for Acne-Prone Skin  $15   (Shoppers Drug Mart)
I’ve been using this foaming cleanser for about 2 or 3 years now and it is just what works best for me. It’s really light and you don’t need much of it to wash your face, therefore one bottle lasts for a really long time.

Boscia Intensifying Moisture Pack +  $12  (Sephora)
I use this product every other day after washing my face as a overnight moisturizing mask. It works really great, especially in the winter when my skin tends to be super dry! It’s also cool because it does not necessarily need to be used as an overnight mask. You can also put a larger amount on your face, leave it for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off and it works well too.

Neutrogena Naturals Multi-Vitamin Nourishing Night Cream  $15  (Shoppers Drug Mart)
This is the overnight moisturizing I use if I didn’t use the Boscia Moisturizing Mask. I find this moisturizing to be very good but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin because it does feel a little more harsh than any other moisturizer i’ve tried before.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Gel Spot Treatment $10  (The Body Shop)
What I use this for is pretty self explanatory but I just dab it on any blemishes I may have after washing my face and moisturizing and it works great! Again..I wouldn’t use this for sensitive skin because it does have a strong sting to it but nonetheless, it is one of the best spot treatments I’ve used!

The Body Shop Aloe Lip Care for Sensitive Skin $9  (The Body Shop)
This is probably one of the best lip creams/chaps I have ever used! I put it on over night and I wake up with no dry lips, which is pretty awesome. I definitely recommend this to any skin type.

Soap & Glory The Fab Pore Facial Peel $26   (Shoppers Drug Mart)
I only use this twice a week after I take my makeup off and it works great. To learn more about this mask I did a review on it a couple days ago 🙂

Thats all for my evening skin care routine! Let me know in comments below if you use any of these products, what your evening skin care routine looks like and if you have any recommendations for me!
