Whatever Wednesday
Hello Beautiful People!

It’s not the first time I’m saying that it’s been a while… but this time it has definitely been a while. I’ve spent the last few months working almost everyday and using my days off to hangout with friends or do absolutely nothing. I haven’t necessarily been avoiding writing anything…I’ve just had nothing to say.

Anyways, I had a day off today and while I was sitting outside (which I still am right now), I decided I would share my favourite smoothie recipe for a hot summer day.


Handful of Mangos
Handful of Blueberries
1 Whole Banana
1 Cup of Coconut Water
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
Half a Squeezed Lemon
Handful of Ice

This is probably one of the most refreshing and hydrating smoothies I’ve ever made and is perfect for a hot day! I hope you try out the recipe and enjoy it!
